The "RAIN CAMO" series, a limited collection of the GRID3 series, is a special series featuring classic GRID3 styles made from an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. Based on "Strichtarn," a rain camouflage pattern that originated in East Germany, CIE created its own original rain camo pattern, which was then hand-printed by skilled artisans at a domestic dyeing factory onto CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, our original material. It is available exclusively in the "OLIVE" color, which has the most military-like aesthetic among our standard color range and was developed through repeated prototyping since the launch of the GRID3 series.

The main body fabric uses CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base fabric is CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, which is highly durable and resistant to abrasion and tearing. Its surface is treated with a polycarbonate coating that offers superior durability—specifically better resistance to friction, wear, and light, as well as a slower rate of degradation from hydrolysis compared to standard PU coatings—resulting in a material with excellent waterproof and water-repellent properties. The main body is sized for mobile devices and can also be used as a shoulder bag. The front pocket is designed to store items like IC cards. The bag is highly functional and can also be attached to other bags. The CIE original tag is a back-satin label woven on traditional shuttle looms. The zippers feature CIE original zinc die-cast YKK pullers.
