MATERIAL
CORDURA 305POLYESTER (POLYURETHANE COATING) / NYLON

The main body fabric uses CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base fabric is CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, known for its high durability against friction and tearing. Its surface features a polycarbonate finish that offers superior abrasion resistance, lightfastness, and resistance to hydrolysis-induced degradation compared to standard PU coatings, providing excellent waterproof and water-repellent properties. It is available in four colors: a unique charcoal-tinted "BLACK" exclusive to CIE, "OLIVE" inspired by sage green seen in European military wear, "GRAY NAVY" with a low-saturation navy hue inspired by the Polish military, and "LIGHT GRAY" based on the pale gray of all-weather coats used by the U.S. Navy.

The military-inspired GRID3 "DUFFEL BAG" is a highly versatile 3-way bag that, despite its large capacity, weighs only about 760g. The exterior features a bottle pocket and a zippered pocket for mobile devices and small items. The back includes a large free-zip pocket, a key hook, and a quick-release carry strap, while the interior is equipped with a Velcro-closure zippered pocket and a PC pocket that fits a 16-inch laptop. It can be carried in three ways: over the shoulder, crossbody using the padded shoulder strap, or by hand using the top gusset tape handle. The high-quality domestically produced nylon tape, dyed to match the body color, features a military-style high-density weave, arranged in a grid pattern designed for attaching carabiners and other accessories. The original CIE label is a back-satin tag woven on traditional shuttle looms. The CORDURA label is an olive-colored woven tag original to CIE, produced with permission from INVISTA. The zippers feature original CIE zinc die-cast pullers manufactured by YKK.
