LIMITED EDITION - RAIN CAMO -
The "RAIN CAMO" series, a limited collection of the GRID3 series, is a special range featuring CIE's original rain camo pattern based on "Strichtarn," a camouflage pattern originating in East Germany. The material is the original CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, developed in collaboration with INVISTA, which has been hand-printed by craftsmen at a domestic dyeing factory and crafted into classic GRID3 silhouettes. This series is available exclusively in "OLIVE," a color developed through repeated prototyping since the inception of the GRID3 series, representing the most military-inspired aesthetic within the standard color lineup.

The main fabric uses our original CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE material, developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base fabric is CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, which is highly durable and resistant to friction and tearing. Its surface features a polycarbonate coating that offers superior durability—specifically higher resistance to abrasion, wear, and light, as well as a slower rate of hydrolysis-related degradation compared to standard PU coatings—resulting in an excellent waterproof and water-repellent material. The tape details use high-density, military-style woven nylon tape characterized by its distinct ridges. The custom-woven CORDURA label is in CIE’s original olive color, and the original CIE label is a back-satin tag woven on traditional shuttle looms. The zippers feature CIE’s original zinc die-cast YKK pull tabs.

The waterproof property of the main fabric refers to the material itself; water may penetrate through seams or zippers.

The polycarbonate material of the main fabric may be scratched by sharp objects or caught in zippers, etc.
