CORDURA TrueLock is a high-density, 500D-class fabric woven from solution-dyed CORDURA yarns, originally developed for military use. Compared to nylon produced through standard piece-dyeing, this is an environmentally conscious fabric that reduces water and energy consumption during manufacturing, as well as lowering CO2 emissions. In addition to the durability, abrasion, tensile, and tear resistance characteristic of CORDURA yarn, it offers the advantages of being solution-dyed, making it resistant to color fading, light degradation (UV exposure), and color transfer from friction, while minimizing lot-to-lot color variation. The back of the fabric features a high-water-pressure-resistant PU coating (3000mm class), providing excellent waterproof capabilities. The accessories are made from a 100D ripstop nylon fabric woven with high-strength 6-nylon yarn, which offers superior abrasion, tensile, and tear strength. This material is treated with a Teflon® finish on the front and a color-matched PVC coating on the back, providing excellent waterproof and water-repellent properties.
The main compartment is equipped with a 13-inch PC sleeve and two pockets. The pockets are shallow, ensuring that items you need to access quickly do not fall to the bottom. Additionally, the adjustable belt on the bottom allows you to secure items like a jacket or scarf. The side zipper pocket is perfect for storing an IC card.
The included D-rings are an original CIE design, crafted from aircraft-grade 6 (061-T6) lightweight aluminum—the same material used in aerospace applications. These D-rings have undergone 18 hours of barrel polishing and a matte anodized finish.

ATTENTION :
The water-repellent treatment on the surface of the included ripstop fabric is not permanent and will weaken over time due to usage and environmental factors. Please note that, due to the nature of the water-repellent agent, white streaks may occasionally appear on the surface.
