MATERIAL
CORDURA 305 POLYESTER (POLYURETHANE COATING) / NYLON

The main body fabric uses CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base fabric is a highly durable CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, which is resistant to abrasion and tearing. Its surface features a polycarbonate finish that is more resistant to friction, wear, and light, and degrades more slowly due to hydrolysis compared to standard PU coatings, providing excellent waterproof and water-repellent properties. It is available in four colors: a unique charcoal-toned "BLACK" exclusive to CIE; "OLIVE," inspired by the sage green found in European military wear; "GRAY NAVY," a low-saturation navy inspired by the Polish military; and "LIGHT GRAY," based on the pale gray of all-weather coats used by the U.S. Navy. The bag is a 2-way design that can be used as a shoulder bag or a single-shoulder bag by switching the shoulder harness. The left side features a zip pocket for an IC card or mobile device, while the right side has a pocket for a bottle. The tape detailing uses military-style nylon tape with a characteristic high-density ribbed weave, designed for attaching carabiners and small accessories. The CIE original tag is a back-satin name label woven on traditional shuttle looms. The zippers feature CIE original zinc die-cast pullers made by YKK.

The waterproof property of the main body fabric refers to the fabric itself; water may seep in through sewn sections or zippers.
The polycarbonate material of the main fabric may be scratched by sharp objects or by getting caught in zippers.
