CORDURA TrueLock is a high-density, 500D-class fabric woven from solution-dyed CORDURA yarns, originally developed for U.S. military use. Compared to nylon produced through standard piece-dyeing, this environmentally conscious fabric reduces water and energy consumption during the manufacturing process and lowers CO2 emissions. In addition to the durability against abrasion, tearing, and tensile stress characteristic of CORDURA yarn, the use of solution-dyed yarn offers the advantages of resistance to color fading, lightfastness against UV rays, color fastness against friction, and minimal color variance between production lots. The reverse side of the fabric is treated with a high-water-pressure resistant PU coating (3000mm class), providing excellent waterproofing. The accessories utilize a 100D ripstop nylon fabric woven from 6-nylon high-strength yarn, offering superior abrasion, tensile, and tear strength. This material is treated with Teflon® on the surface and a color-matched PVC coating on the reverse, ensuring exceptional waterproof and water-repellent properties.

The accessories also feature an original CIE-designed D-ring made from aircraft-grade 6 (6061-T6) lightweight aluminum, the same material used in aerospace applications, which has undergone 18 hours of barrel polishing and a matte anodized finish.

ATTENTION:
Please note that the water-repellent finish on the surface of the ripstop fabric is not permanent and its effectiveness may diminish over time due to usage and environmental factors. Due to the characteristics of the water-repellent agent, white streaks may occasionally appear on the surface; we appreciate your understanding.
