The "RAIN CAMO" series, a limited collection of the GRID3 series, is a special series featuring GRID3’s classic styles crafted from an original material. This material is based on "Strichtarn," the rain camouflage pattern originating in East Germany, which CIE adapted into its own original rain camo design. The pattern was then hand-printed by artisans at a domestic dyeing factory onto CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. This series is exclusively available in "OLIVE," a color that was repeatedly prototyped since the launch of the GRID3 series and represents the most military-inspired aesthetic among the standard color lineup.

The main body fabric uses CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base fabric is CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, known for its excellent resistance to friction and tearing. Its surface is finished with a polycarbonate coating that offers superior durability—boasting higher abrasion, wear, and light resistance, as well as a slower rate of hydrolysis-related degradation compared to standard PU coatings—resulting in a material with excellent waterproof and water-repellent properties.
This item is available only in "OLIVE."
The front features a knit bottle pocket and a zip pocket for storing mobile devices or small items. The tape detailing utilizes military-style woven nylon tape characterized by its high-density ribbed texture, and the shoulder strap features a webbing design that allows for attaching gear.
The original CIE label is a back-satin name tag woven on traditional shuttle looms. The zippers feature CIE original zinc die-cast pullers manufactured by YKK.

ATTENTION
The waterproof property of the main body fabric applies to the fabric itself; water may penetrate through sewn areas or zippers.
The polycarbonate material of the main body fabric can be scratched by sharp objects or by getting caught in zippers.
