The main body is crafted from Breathatec®, a highly breathable and waterproof material featuring a three-layer construction: an upper layer of nylon tussah, a middle layer of moisture-permeable waterproof film, and a base layer of tricot nylon. This material effectively repels water from the surface while preventing penetration, offering both water-repellent and waterproof performance while allowing internal moisture to escape.

The accessories include a CIE original D-ring made from lightweight aircraft-grade 6 (061-T6) aluminum, typically used in aerospace applications; it undergoes 18 hours of barrel polishing and a matte anodized finish. Inspired by the gathered details of military tent curves, the TENDER-2 series offers a lightweight, waterproof, and highly convenient solution for daily use.

This 2-way design functions as both a backpack and a tote bag. When used as a tote, it can be carried by hand or over the shoulder depending on the occasion. The top of the bag features a drawstring closure, allowing the capacity to be adjusted. The large front zip pocket includes a CIE original D-ring and an elastic mesh divider pocket.

The bag features a CIE original flag-style woven label. It uses YKK’s "WATER-R" zippers with surface water-repellent treatment and CIE original zinc die-cast YKK zipper pulls. The nylon tape used is a fine-ribbed Japanese tape characterized by its distinct texture.
