LIMITED EDITION - RAIN CAMO -
The "RAIN CAMO" series, a limited collection of the GRID3 series, is a special edition featuring our classic GRID3 silhouettes. We created an original CIE rain camo pattern based on the East German "Strichtarn" camouflage, which was then printed by Japanese craftsmen using hand-screen techniques onto CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. This collection is exclusively available in "OLIVE," a color we refined through repeated prototyping since the inception of the GRID3 series to achieve the most military-inspired aesthetic.

The GRID3 HELMET BAG is modeled after bags once used in the U.S. to carry helmets and oxygen masks. It features an L-shaped main zipper that allows for a wider opening and better visibility compared to traditional helmet bags. The L-shaped opening uses a triple zipper slider, allowing you to open only the side section if desired. Unlike most helmet bags, this model also includes extra depth to enhance convenience. It features two snap pockets on the front and a large-capacity open pocket with an internal divider on the back. The interior is equipped with storage compartments, a zippered pocket, a cylindrical bottle holder, and a dedicated PC pocket. The spring hook on the upper front—a design element reminiscent of hooks used to tether bags to walls—has been updated with a lightweight, high-utility resin hook. Designed for various scenarios both on and off duty, it can be carried in two ways: by the handles or as a crossbody bag using the shoulder strap.

The main fabric is CORDURA® POLYCARBONATE, an original material developed in collaboration with INVISTA. The base is CORDURA® 305D polyester ox, known for its excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing. It is finished with a durable polycarbonate coating that offers superior friction resistance, lightfastness, and slower degradation due to hydrolysis compared to standard PU coatings, resulting in a material with excellent water resistance and repellency. The tape details use high-density, military-style nylon webbing with a distinct ribbed texture, arranged in a grid pattern intended for attaching carabiners and accessories. The CIE original tag is a back-satin woven label produced on traditional shuttle looms. The CORDURA label is an original CIE olive-colored woven tag, produced with permission from INVISTA. The zippers feature CIE original zinc die-cast sliders manufactured by YKK.
